VMW is founded by William Tseng who remains as a principal of the business.  He is supported by an experienced, skilled and service-oriented team.  The team works seamlessly across borders to assure quality and ensure successful completion of projects that meet design, timing and budgetary objectives.

William Y.M. Tseng

BA (AS), B. Arch (Dist.), HKIA, RIBA, RA, AP (List I)

William has over 20 years of experience in designing and managing architectural projects of various scales in Hong Kong and China. He has extensive knowledge in over-seeing commercial, institutional, hospitality and government projects including sourcing of material and awarding of supply and constructions contracts.

William's work is characterized by the innovative use of new and hi-tech materials to break out of design limitations set by traditional materials. He is a recipient of major architectural awards and actively participates in the Hong Kong Institute of Architects.

Michael Callahan joins VMW as an Associate Partner.

Michael R. Callahan, Associate Partner

Michael Callahan has been a Product Managment Specialist for the past 18 years; his experience covers the manufacturing of hospitality and industrial products (furniture, uniforms, clothing, leather-goods, electrical accessories, appliances, machined parts and equipment).   He has managed product production along with installation in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.

Michael's expertise for detail and quality assurance, has led to numerous manufacturing engagements for hotels, multi-channel retail stores and military contractors around the world.
